Target Customers

Amazon’s customer base can be divided into four main segments: Prime Loyalists, Value Seekers, Emerging Households, and Tech Enthusiasts.

Each group has different behaviors and preferences. Prime Loyalists tend to purchase frequently and value convenience. Value Seekers focus on price and discounts, while Emerging Households prioritize essential items. Tech Enthusiasts are more interested in electronics and innovation.

Understanding these segments is important because it helps Amazon design more targeted marketing strategies. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach, the company can focus on what motivates each group to increase engagement and improve conversion rates.
